We reached the point where we had to expand both storage and bandwidth. Our web and email servers are now updated and are state of the art. We needed a practical solution for shared SQL Server space that allows us to add data with secure access and backup.

Our new server hosts are US Companies that we can reach out and touch. Our data is stored in a secure server site in Texas and is supported with independent backup. The transfer to our new servers is complete and working. Both MH Value and MH Express are working with the integrity you expect.

Capacity and Community

Our new server agreements allow us to grow the MH Value database at a price that makes the data affordable to industry professionals and consumers.

We are contacting everyone we can find that has sales information we can rely on. The US Manufactured Home Community is huge. We understand the various valuation methods, but believe realtime sales data is the best indicator of value.
